We didn’t build Invenex to offer more of the same. We built it to solve what others ignored: a supply chain that lacked structure, a development process that lacked cohesion and a service model that forced clients to provide the alignment themselves.
The solution wasn’t a new product. It was a new system, where structure met purpose. We called it Interface Quorum.
What is IQ?
Interface Quorum (IQ) is the framework that powers everything we do. The Interface is where systems connect – sourcing, formulation, flavour, inventory and R&D – each as a specialised layer. The Quorum is what keeps them aligned – a minimum consensus that ensures every service moves with shared intent and direction.
